This week’s weight gain taught me a couple of lessons:

  • I need a fasting schedule
  • I need short eating windows

I’ve created a schedule for the coming week (July 29 to August 5), and I’m sharing it below for accountability. If you fast, do you use a schedule? What other things do you do to keep yourself on track?
