I haven’t checked my BMI on a BMI calculator in a few months. For whatever reason I thought of it today and popped over to see how I was doing. Last time I did it I was in the obese category. Now I’m in the overweight section. BUT in just 12 short pounds (145 pounds) I’ll be in the normal weight range. That thrilled me but what added to that excitement is that once I hit that 145 pound mark I’ll just be 10 pounds away from my goal weight! Breaking all of this down into bite size pieces really makes it seem so easy!
